GBHO CRM started as an internal tool for a temple community. It turned into a platform any non-profit can use.
What the CRM does
GBHO CRM is a multi-tenant platform — each organization gets its own isolated environment with its own members, data, branding, and domain. No shared databases, no data leaks between tenants.
Inside each tenant you get: a full member and household database with custom roles, a Stripe-powered billing engine for donations and membership fees (with automatic tax receipts), an event system with QR check-in and ticketing, a drag-and-drop website builder with 20+ content blocks, and automated email communications triggered by member activity.
Admins control everything through a clean dashboard — manage members, assign permissions, view donation reports, create events, and edit website pages. There's a full audit log tracking every change, a volunteer hour tracker, and real-time analytics across membership, revenue, and engagement.
The permission system is granular: create unlimited roles, assign any combination of 30+ permissions, and control exactly who can see and do what. Every organization can customize their setup without touching code.

About Global Bhutanese Hindu Organization
The Global Bhutanese Hindu Organization (GBHO) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2013 by Bhutanese-Americans in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our community traces its roots to Bhutan — displaced during the ethnic cleansing of the early 1990s, tens of thousands spent decades in UN refugee camps in eastern Nepal before resettling across the United States.
Through displacement, our people held onto something that could not be taken — their Vedic Hindu faith, their language, their traditions. GBHO was created to ensure those things survive and thrive in a new homeland.
In 2017, GBHO was officially incorporated as a non-profit in the state of Ohio. In 2022, the organization acquired 150 acres of land for the Om Center Divya Dham — a sacred site dedicated to worship, cultural education, and community gathering.
Today GBHO serves Bhutanese Hindu communities across America through pujas, festivals, youth programs, language preservation, and seva (service). The organization is led by its founding members and guided by a mission to protect the cultural identity of future generations.
